The Planner seat is live. It's held by a free stand-in model (Nemotron Ultra) until Dolphin gets its own machine in phase 2. Ask it to plan, prioritize, or review.
Qwen is live. Ask it to build, draft, or write something.
Give an order. The Planner plans it, Qwen builds it, the Planner reviews it. If the Planner is ever unreachable, this room runs in Qwen-only mode and says so.
Upload a file
Up to 10 MB per upload (free store). Text files you upload can be attached to a chat message (the 📎 picker under the message box) so the AIs can read them. Bigger file? Don't upload it — paste its link in any chat instead: both AIs have internet access and will download what they need themselves (files up to 10 MB get saved here).

Crew memory
This is what both AIs know — the business, the rules, and every fact they've been told to remember. They read it at the start of every conversation. Edit anything here and save: that's how you teach them.
